The ticket’s delivery happens by/via e-mail, being necessary to perform the accreditation for the event in one of the accredited points or at the place of the event on 05/12/2016.
In respect to customers and in full compliance with the Brazilian Laws, according to the Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CPC), the order’s cancellation and the respective reimbursement of the values paid is guaranteed for who bought tickets
by/via internet or telephone and gave up within a period of seven days from the date of the ticket’s purchase, provided that 2 business days before.
The order’s cancellation must be requested during business hours, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm by/via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Must be informed full name and e-mail address. The requests will be analyzed, processed and answered within 5 business days.
The requests didn’t send at the above mentioned hours will be considered as received in the next business day after dispatch.
For payments made by/via/through credit card, the transaction will be reversed by the emitting bank of the card and the values paid enter as credit in the current invoice or in the next invoice if the current one has already been closed. In these cases,
the deadline for the cancellation takes effect varies according to the emitting bank of the card.
